Inventory

We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer.

Will the delivery be discreet?

Yes, it is! Our product is sent in a standard shipping box with no indication whatsoever as to what is contained inside.

Customs and Import Duties Information (International Shipping)

You may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; vneedit.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country.

DISCLAIMER & REFUND POLICY

vneedit.com will NOT be held responsible for any loss or non-delivery of items not sent with Registered Mail or Courier Delivery options, although this happens very rarely. Deliveries are made subject to the carrier's terms and conditions of service, which are out of our control.

Orders will only be shipped after payments have been received. Due to hygiene reasons as well as the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the product page. All sales are final.

We will never accept returned products and put them up for sale again. This policy is strictly enforced as this is a matter of business ethics.

vneedit.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products and website.
